These terms govern your use of zidtcg.com and any purchase made through it. ZID TCG is an online-only trading card and collectibles shop operating from Singapore. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully captured. All listings are subject to availability — if an item sells out or is mispriced before we ship, we may cancel the affected line and refund it in full.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable charges shown at checkout.
• Payment is processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
• Promotional prices, slashed prices and badges apply only while the promotion is live.

Product Descriptions

Photos of single cards are of the actual card where stated. Sealed products are shipped factory sealed — we cannot guarantee the contents or pull rates of any sealed item, and we do not accept claims based on pulls. Minor manufacturer flaws on sealed packaging are not defects.

Delivery Area

We ship within Singapore only. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

• Do not resell, scrape or republish our product images or listing content without permission.
• Do not attempt to access staff or admin areas of this site.
• You must be able to form a binding contract, or have a parent or guardian order on your behalf.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of resale value or collection value.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
