Shipping Policy

ZID TCG is online only and ships within Singapore. We do not offer collection or overseas delivery.

Options & Rates

• Standard Tracked Mail (SingPost) — S$3.50. Available for orders containing single cards only.
• Express Doorstep Courier — S$5.00. Available for all orders, and required for any order containing sealed product.

Handling & Delivery Time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Tracked mail typically arrives in 2–4 business days and courier delivery in 1–3 business days. These are the carriers' estimates, not guarantees.

Packing

Singles ship sleeved and top loaded inside a rigid bubble mailer. Sealed product ships in protective packaging sized to the item.

Addresses & Failed Delivery

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, re-delivery is chargeable at the original rate.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan with photos and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
